OEM Safety & Recall Information Resources for MOTOR Customers

OEMs have expressed a desire for MOTOR to assist with sharing safety and recall information to the MOTOR customer base. As a result, MOTOR has created a channel to provide updates and communication related to safety and recall information between OEMs and MOTOR customers.

This service benefits OEMs by providing access to a no-fee method for communicating to the aftermarket about important recall and safety information and updates. This webpage is intended to supplement the existing efforts from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

This service benefits MOTOR customers by providing data resources, important safety information, OEM contact information (in some cases with specific departments) and anything else (based on each OEM’s preferences) so MOTOR’s customers are positioned to better serve their customers.

The information shared on this webpage is provided by the OEMs and varies for each OEM from actual webservices to URL addresses to contact information. This site is regularly changing. Updates are added on a regular basis as they are received by MOTOR. *
